A daily 5×5: cover every letter tile with as few overlapping words as you can. Cover every tile on a shared daily 5×5 by tracing adjacent letters into real words. Horizontal, vertical, and diagonal steps count. Words may share tiles. The centre tile is a wildcard that can be a different letter in each word. The board shows a perfect count and a par. How to play SpellSweep
- Open today’s 5×5. Trace a path of neighboring tiles, including diagonals, to spell a dictionary word.
- Submit the word to cover those tiles. Later words may reuse tiles already covered. The centre ? is a wildcard.
- Cover all 25 tiles. Fewer words is better. Perfect and par are shown on the board. Reveal answer ends the run.
