Each date on DLE Directory highlights one daily puzzle worth trying. For Tuesday, August 22, 2028, we are introducing WordSlip — a word DLE that usually takes 3-8 min.
A shared daily word path on a 19-cell hex grid. Seven letters are scattered among empty cells that work as bridges. Figure out the seven-letter word, then drag a path that spells it in order. After each full guess, letters in the right place lock green. A new grid arrives at midnight, the same one for everyone. Earlier days sit on a calendar. Sign-in is optional; progress can stay on the device.
